For over thirty years Daphne was the co-owner and chef of the first certified organic restaurant, winning many awards. Daphne is the founding member of Greencuisine Trust, a charity focusing on the relationships between soil, biodiversity, food, cooking & culture. The Trust facilitates innovative programmes and projects cultivating the knowledge to heal minds, bodies, communities and land.
