My name is Becky Payne. I am a mom, a holistic healing guide and I have a strong passion for awakening awareness in others. In 2013, I opened my healing studio and it has been growing ever since. In addition to being a self-published author, I am a Reiki Master/Teacher, Yoga Teacher, Massage Therapist, Aesthetician and Meditation Guide.I am so grateful that my passion for teaching others how to heal and care for themselves has become my career. This is a way of life for me. I consider myself a true "Mainer", as I have lived in Maine all my life. I currently live with my partner, Abel, and our daughter, the inspiration for Little Healers, Lucy. I am also a stepmom to two amazing children, Pacific and Phoebe, who are now grown and living their own beautiful lives. I have a bachelors degree in Social and Behavioral Science with a minor in Women's Studies from the University of Southern [...] having Lucy in March of 2020, I felt a strong desire to write what I am teaching my daughter. This is where the "Little Healers" book series started. I am writing books based on what I am teaching Lucy in this moment. I hope to bring these teachings of reiki, chakras, energy healing, children's mindfulness, meditation for children and children healers into your home. I hope they become part of your life and establish a healthy foundation for wellness.I hope you read these books with your family with an open heart and mind. This book series is just beginning.I will continue to add to the library of meditations for you and your children and I am already working on the next few books.
