Über den Autor
Claudio Calabro studierte bis 2019 Rechtswissenschaften an der Universität Tübingen und der Universität Freiburg [...]. Während der Promotion bei Prof. Dr. Jan Lieder, LL.M. (Harvard) war er als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter in einer auf erneuerbare Energien spezialisierten Wirtschaftskanzlei tätig. Seit 2022 ist er Rechtsreferendar am OLG München und wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter in einer internationalen Großkanzlei im Bereich Mergers & Acquisitions.
