I live in Cardiff with my husband, but I am originally from the South Wales Valleys.¿ My writing started as an idea inspired by an actual event, which grew into a novel.¿ I have brought my love of the Valleys landscape into my writing, but I also aim to challenge my readers, so I would not describe my work as mainstream.
