Über den Autor
Anna Wilk is a British-Polish writer living in Vancouver, Canada. Having lived in the UK, Poland, Germany, and Canada-and traveled to more than seventy countries-she draws inspiration from her family's aviation history, her own struggle with disability, and from observing people and capturing the emotional truths--and flaws--that connect us. Her passion for writing grew from a successful career in brand storytelling and reading her father's and grandfather's memoirs. How We Land is her debut novel, a contemporary story set on the Pacific Coast, written with heart and wit, about a strong, young woman--a glider pilot--who makes mistakes, navigates desire and discovers that heartbreak and healing can coexist, in most surprising ways.
