Über den Autor

David Hobbs is a superb all-round race driver who had a very long career in racing, from 1959 to 1990. He competed in almost every form of racing worldwide, from Formula 1 to the Indy 500, from World Championship sports car racing to Can-Am, from NASCAR to Trans-Am. An Englishman, he achieved much of his success in the United States and settled there with his family, with homes nowadays in Vero Beach, Florida and Milwaukee, Wisconsin; he has a car dealership, David Hobbs Honda, in Glendale, Wisconsin. For the past 40 years he has also been a well-known TV commentator, latterly for NBC covering Formula 1.
