Juan José Martí-Noguera, PhD is an expert in digital mental health, AI ethics, and governance innovation, with recognized leadership across academic, clinical, and policy networks. Over the past decade, he has built interdisciplinary collaborations and led training initiatives to support the ethical integration of digital tools into mental health systems across diverse governance contexts.
