Deciding to make cocktails inspired by the destinations of her cancelled travel plans, Evanthia caught the attention of her long-lost university friend, Mario, who now lives on the other side of the world. From his home in Milton Keynes, England, which was also under a strict lockdown, Mario couldn't resist challenging Evanthia to create a cocktail to remind him of his many trips to Italy.
