His professional influence extends across diverse regions, encompassing Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Central Asia.ሰመረ ሰሎሞን፡ ብዝለዓለ ጽፍሒ ናይ ሓላፍነት ዝሰርሐን ናይ ልዕሊ ሰላሳ ዓመታት ተመክሮ ኣብ ዓውዲ ሃገራውን ኣህጉራውን ልምዓት ዘለዎን ክኢላ ኤርትራዊ እዩ። እዚ ክእለት'ዚ፡ ከም ሕቡራት ሃገራትን (United Nations) ኤጀንሲ ኣህጉራዊ ልምዓት ሕቡራት መንግስታት ኣመሪካን (USAID)፡ ዝኣመሰሉ ዓበይቲ ኣህጉራውያን ትካላትን፡ ከምኡ'ውን ኣብ ውሽጢ መሳርዕ መንግስቲ ኤርትራ ከገልግል እንከሎ ዘዋህለሎም ብብዙሕ ሸነኻት ዘለዎም ተበግሶታት ዝተዀስኰሰን ዘጠቓልልን ኢዩ።ሰመረ ሰሎሞን ኣብ ሞያ ሃገራውን ኣህጉራዊ ልምዓት ዝተኸተሎ ጉዕዞ ካብ'ቲ ንቡር ወጻእን ዝተሓላለኸን'ዩ ነይሩ። መንእሰይ እንከሎ ኣብ ኲናት ናጽነት ኤርትራ ክቃለስ ብረት ኣልዒሉ። ድሒሩ ኣብ ውሽጢ'ቲ ውልዶ መንግስቲ ከም ላዕለዋይ ሓላፊ ኣብ ሚኒስትሪ ትምህርቲ ልዑል ኣስተዋጽኦ ጌየሩ። ድሕሪ ናጽነት ብዝረኸቦ ናይ ትምህርቲ ዕድል ብትምህርታዊ ውጠናን ምሕደራን ብናይ ድሕረ ምረቓ ዲፕሎማ ብዘላቂ ልምዓትን ዲፕሎማን ድማ ማስተርስ ዲግሪ ኣብ ዝተፈላለዩ ዓውድታት ኣህጉራዊ ልምዓት ተዋፊሩ ንልዕሊ ዕስራን ሓሙሽተን ዓመት ሃብታም ግብራውን ክልስ ሓሳባውን ተመክሮ ኣዋህሊሉ። ሞያዊ ኣሰር እግሩ ኣብ ዝተፈላለዩ ኩርንዓት ዓለም ዝዝርጋሕ ኮይኑ፡ ንኣፍሪቃ፡ ማእከላይ ምብራቕ፡ ደቡባዊ ምብራቕን ማእከላይ ኣስያን ድማ ዘጠቓለለ እዩ።
