Zusammenfassung
Prof. Mohammad Khalid is a Professor in Materials for Green Energy Technologies at the University of Glasgow. His research focuses on the synthesis of advanced nanomaterials for energy harvesting, storage, and conversion applications. He has an extensive publication record in peer-reviewed scientific journals, has edited several books, and holds multiple patents. He serves on the editorial boards of Scientific Reports (Springer) and ECS Sensor Plus (IOP Publishing). He has been consistently ranked among the top scientists globally since 2020. He is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and the Royal Society of Chemistry.
Swapnil Dharaskar is currently working as Dean (School of Energy Technology), Associate Professor & Former Head in the Department of Chemical Engineering, School of Energy Technology at Pandit Deendayal Energy University (Formerly Known as Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University), Gandhinagar, Gujarat. His research areas are Energy Efficient Materials, Ionic Liquids, Nanotechnology, Deep Eutectic Solvents, CO2 Separation & Conversion, Waste-water treatment, etc. He has over 15 years of experience in teaching and research. He completed his postdoctoral studies at the Department of Green Chemistry, Lappeenranta University of Technology, Mikkeli, Finland. He also worked as a "Visiting Research Scientist" at LUT, Finland. He handled the Larsen & Toubro project worth Rs. 1.5 Crore, and develop technology for the Production of Green Methanol. He developed the Centre of Sustainable Technologies at PDEU, and is also working as Coordinator of the Centre of Carbon Capture Sequestration at PDEU. In addition, Dr. Swapnil handled a DST-sponsored project (worth Rs. 60 Lakhs) on CO2 separation under the Mission-Innovation Carbon capture scheme. He is a fellow member of several professional bodies like IIChE, AIChE, Catalysis Society of India, Indian Water Association, American Chemical Society, IEI, ISTE, IAENG, ISRD, Indian Association of Nanotechnology, etc. He is an active reviewer of several high-repute international SCI/SCIE journals. He was the recipient of several professional/academic awards

Mika Sillanpää is a professor at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. His research centers on chemical treatment in environmental engineering, environmental monitoring, and resource recovery from waste streams.

Sillanpää received his [...]. (Eng.) and [...]. (Eng.) degrees from the Aalto University where he also completed an MBA degree in 2013. Since 2000, he has been a full professor/adjunct professor at the University of Oulu, the University of Eastern Finland, the LUT University, the University of Eastern Finland and the University of Johannesburg.

He has received numerous awards for research and innovation. He is the first Laureate of Scientific Committee on the Problems of the Environment (SCOPE)'s Young Investigator Award, which was delivered at the UNESCO Conference in Shanghai 2010 for his "significant contributions, outstanding achievements and research leadership in Environmental Technological Innovations to address present water pollution problems worldwide, especially with regard to wastewater treatment and reuse”. In 2011, he was invited to act as a Principal Scientific Reviewer in the GEO-5 report of the United Nations Environmental Programme (UNEP). In 2012, he received Tapani Järvinen Environmental Technology Award and Publication Award of the Lappeenranta University of Technology. In 2014, he received the Science Award of the Lappeenranta University of Technology and Pro Mikkeli Award. In 2018, he was invited as a Member of the Finnish Academy of Sciences and Letters and Technology Academy of Finland. He also received Literature award from the Water Association of Finland in 2018.


Humaira Siddiqui graduated from Integral University in India with a bachelor's degree in Biotechnology Engineering. She is currently pursuing her [...] at the School of Medicine and Life Sciences, Sunway University, Malaysia. Her research focuses on the carbonic anhydrase enzyme mediated carbon capture from extremophiles.
