Researcher in the Geosciences Center at University of Coimbra (Portugal), the Brazilian National Research Council (CNPq), and the Rio de Janeiro State Scientist Program (FAPERJ).
Doctor in Sciences, specialized in Paleontology, at the University "La Sapienza" of Rome (Italy). Visiting Professor of Historical Geology, Geology of Brazil and Vertebrate Paleontology at the Federal University of Paraná. Researcher of the National Council for Research (CNPq) of Brazil.
