He previously served as the head of global content protection at 21st Century Fox, the senior policy advisor to the U.S. Register of Copyrights, and a trial attorney for the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. He began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Steven J. McAuliffe of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire. He holds a BS in economics from Lehigh University, and JD and LLM degrees from the Franklin Pierce School of Law at the University of New Hampshire, where he now serves as a professor of practice.
