A writer, producer, consultant and creative executive with over a decade of experience, Melissa helped revitalize the Power Rangers brand when it was bought by Saban Brands from Disney in 2010, until it’s sale to Hasbro in 2018. She specializes in developing and producing diverse and inclusive entertainment content that synergizes across multiple media platforms, including television (Power Rangers, Glitter Force, Julius Junior), feature films (Saban’s Power Rangers), digital films (including Power Rangers Legacy Wars: Streetfighter Showdown, Shattered Grid), publishing (including the award-winning Boom! Studios Power Rangers comic books), live events and gaming (including the hit console game Power Rangers: Battle For the Grid and the mobile game Power Rangers Legacy Wars).
