At Kile Ozier's core is an innate ability to connect with others. From his first production--presenting the private awe of a moonrise to his sweetheart in a rural Oregon theatre consisting of an empty pasture and a bale of hay--he's seen the world as a jigsaw of interlocking stages and performance spaces, rich with potential.

His work can inspire people to cheer, weep, gasp--and sometimes write checks--through theatre, show, and ceremony in stadium, theme park, outdoor and indoor civic space, touring and destination theatre...and aircraft carrier. On Kile's teams it's never just a job. Everyone learns, everyone teaches. Teaching through mentorship--apprenticeship--is his passion.
