He has been working with SAP Fiori since its inception. Claus has lent his expertise to the SAP Mission Control Center, supporting UX and mobility scenarios, as well as to openSAP, as a co-writer for the 2020 course, "How to Deliver a Great User Experience with SAP S/4HANA." In 2021, he earned the "SAP Digital Architect-Foundation" achievement.
