This book constitutes the proceedings of the 18th International Conference on Business Process Management, BPM 2020, held in Seville, Spain, in September 2020. The conference was held virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The 27 full papers included in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 125 submissions. Two full keynote papers are also included. The papers are organized in topical sections named: foundations; engineering; and management.
