VALERIE MOSELLE is an advanced yoga and breathwork teacher with 20 years of experience. She is the founder and director of Luma Yoga, an award-winning yoga studio and wellness center in Santa Cruz, California. Valerie is known for classes that inspire a playful exploration of breath, movement, strength, and surrender. She lives with her husband and two daughters in Santa Cruz.
