Erika Nelson is a mental health counselor in private practice with a focus on trauma and PTSD. She earned Bachelor of Science Degrees in Psychology and Human Development and a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling. She has several upcoming books and educational programming in development to assist others in healing from narcissistic abuse and toxic relationships. She is also a survivor of many things, her early history of trauma shaping her life's purpose of helping others heal from the things we don't talk about. Through her personal and professional experience, Erika has found that our greatest pain is our most powerful medicine.
