Born to Rule is the autobiography of an African president-monarch. He writes about his 30-year reign during which he has been in the driver's seat leading his country on the cobbled road from underdevelopment to underdevelopment. The author points out that as the head of one of the poorest countries on earth, his people and the world must hear from him first-hand about the policies he has been adopting to maintain his country in a permanent state of disrepair and bemused underdevelopment.
