Infertility can be incredibly lonely. Although one in every six couples will struggle to conceive, many don't feel comfortable talking openly about their experiences and sharing what they are going through.

But it doesn't have to be this way. In 2018, Emma and Gabby started the Big Fat Negative (BFN) podcast because they needed space to vent, a place to laugh and they also wanted to find a way to cut through the crap on the Internet and get some expert advice.
