Naser Adib Ataya is a civil engineer by education and a professional football coach by practice. He holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the American University of Sharjah and an FA Level 3 coaching qualification awarded through the English Football Association. Alongside his coaching pathway, he has undertaken postgraduate study in performance football coaching at St Mary's University, [...] professional interests extend beyond technical performance into leadership, psychology, and human behaviour.
