He has written or edited over 30 books including Excellence in Coaching and Top Business Psychology Models, which have been widely translated in to multiple languages, and over 100 book chapters and articles. He holds five degrees and is the director of the Centre for Coaching at Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK, which delivers post-graduate coach training to over 300 students per year in the UK and internationally. The latest book, Mastering Executive Coaching is co-authored with Marshall Goldsmith and Brain Underhill.
