Susan Armstrong is a gifted personal growth teacher, author and international speaker and workshop leader, working with people to help them overcome their barriers to personal and professional success. For the past 20 years, Susan has worked with global organisations to help them improve the way they do business. Susan practises what she preaches as she herself has learned to overcome a great deal of faulty thinking. She has spent many years developing her own sense of esteem and accomplishment, and now shares her knowledge and experience with others so they might find their own happiness and success. She has been honoured by the Canadian Association for Mental Health as an "Extraordinary Person", and appears on many television and radio shows.
