Owen Bruhn BSc Hons, G Dip Occup Hygiene, G Dip Erg, (Teaching) Member of Meditation Australia (aka Australian Meditation Teachers Association). Bruhn attended Ainslie Meares' meditation classes for several months in 1984. His interest in Meares' method was reinvigorated several years ago after a painful injury. He undertook further study and practical application of Meares' method, has since written several books and has since studied other meditative touch therapy systems, imitating Ainslie Meares' visits to 20+ other systems.

Über den Autor
The author is Owen Bruhn. Bruhn met Dr Meares in 1984 and attended his meditation classes over the course of that year. He trained much later, with Pauline McKinnon, who taught him to teach Meares' method, after an injury in 2011. Bruhn has several decades experience as a health practitioner working the public and private sector. He is also a Primal Blueprint and postural alignment coach.
