Full colour facsimile reprint of the original First World War, War Office war diary of the Headquarters, Branches and Services Royal Army Veterinary Corps Assistant Director Veterinary Services and Assistant Provost Marshal, 62nd Division, covering January 1917 to August 1919 across 206 pages. It names 62 places across 97 dated entries.

The diary opens at Beaford on 9 January 1917. 1917 is spent at Monument Commomoratif, Achiet Le Grand, Englebelmer, Bus-Les-Artois and Villers Chatel. 1918 is the most travelled year, 42 places against 22 in the next busiest, and is spent at Victory Camp, Pas En Artois, Las-en-Artois, Villers Chatel and Authie. 1919 at Kreuzau, Schleiden, Duren, Clipstone and Sehleiden. It closes at Clipstone on 31 August 1919. Kreuzau is where it spent longest, 162 days across eight separate stays and the longest it stayed anywhere without moving was 31 days at Achiet Le Grand.
